
🔹 CrossFit takes the best part of power lifting, weightlifting, gymnastics, calesthenics, plyometrics and combines it in a variety of fun ways. We go short, we go long, we go light, we go heavy while always focusing on fundamentals and safety.
🔹 CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movement performed at high intensity — but what that really means is simple: We train you to get stronger, move better, and improve your cardiovascular health in a structured, coach-led environment. Every workout is thoughtfully programmed to help you make steady, measurable progress over time.
🔹 Each 60-minute class includes: a guided warm-up to prepare your body, focused strength or skill work, a coached workout designed to challenge you. Your coach explains and demonstrates everything at the whiteboard before class begins — so you’re never guessing what to do.
🔹 Every workout is written at an advanced level — but it’s coached for real people. If something is beyond your current ability, your coach will modify it by: adjusting the movement, changing the weight, or scaling the reps or intensity. Most members modify workouts regularly. That’s not weakness — it’s smart training.

We program with long-term progressive load in mind. This isn’t about burning out in 30 days - it’s about building strength safely, consistently, and confidently for a lifetime.

🔹 CrossFit Cardio is a 45-minute class designed to improve endurance, stamina, and core strength in a focused, efficient format.
🔹 This class emphasizes conditioning over heavy lifting. You’ll see more bodyweight movements, kettlebells, and dumbbells — with less barbell work and fewer high-rep strength sets.
🔹 Workouts are fast-paced, structured, and fully coached. While challenging, they’re designed to help you build cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance without the complexity of heavy barbell training.
🔹 There are no prescribed weight expectations. Your coach will help you choose movements and loads that match your ability and goals.

🔹 Core is a focused, 30-minute class offered twice per week to help you build strength where it matters most - right at the CORE!
🔹 This class targets the muscles that support your spine, improve balance, and protect you during lifting and everyday movement. You’ll work through intentional progressions designed to improve stability, control, and overall strength.
🔹 Core complements both CrossFit and CrossFit Cardio by reinforcing proper movement patterns and reducing injury risk.

🔹 Teenagers (13+) are encouraged to come to the regular CrossFit classes at 3:30 Monday-Friday. While adults are welcome to attend, the coach's focus will be on the youth in the gym.
🔹 These young athletes will complete the same WOD alongside the adults. Students will remain under close supervision of the coach throughout class to ensure max safety and success. Final weights are determined by the coach based on the athlete's form and readiness.

🔹 Our 45-minute CrossFit Kids classes are packed with fun through strategy, games, strength, skill practice and a WOD (workout of the day). Classes are offered day and evening for athletes age 5-12.
🔹 Our program offers a safe place to learn, succeed, fail, and try again - always with a supportive community cheering them on! CrossFit teaches gym safety and etiquette while exploring the world of fitness. It is the sport for young athletes while in between seasons or all year round.
