CrossFit

CrossFit blends powerlifting, weightlifting, gymnastics, calisthenics, and plyometrics into fun, challenging workouts that are different every time—short, long, light, or heavy—but always safe and focused on fundamentals.

Every 60-minute class includes a guided warm-up, skill or strength work, and a coached workout scaled to your ability. Our goal is to help you get stronger, move better, and improve your fitness—your job is to show up and trust the process.

CF Cardio

CrossFit Cardio focuses on improving endurance, stamina, and core strength—like CrossFit, but faster-paced and tailored to your intensity level.

This 45-minute class emphasizes conditioning over heavy lifting, using bodyweight movements, kettlebells, and dumbbells, with plenty of cardio and core exercises for a full-body workout.

If you want to move, sweat, and build real-world conditioning in less time, CrossFit Cardio is the perfect fit.

CF Teens

Teens (13+) are encouraged to join regular CrossFit classes at 3:30 Monday–Friday, with coaching focused on youth while still including adults. Young athletes complete the same WOD alongside adults under close supervision, with weights and movements adjusted for safety and proper form.

Whether as cross-training between sports or as their main activity, CrossFit provides lifelong fitness for teens and adults alike.

CF Kids

Our 45-minute CrossFit Kids classes (ages 5–12) combine games, strategy, strength, skill practice, and a WOD, offered during day and evening sessions.

The program provides a safe, supportive environment where kids can learn, succeed, fail, and try again, while building fitness, gym safety, and teamwork—perfect for young athletes in between seasons or year-round.

Core

Core is a focused, 30-minute class offered twice per week to build strength where it matters most—your core.

This class targets the muscles that support your spine, improve balance, and protect you during lifting and everyday movement, with intentional progressions to boost stability, control, and overall strength.

Core class complements both CrossFit and CrossFit Cardio by reinforcing proper movement patterns and reducing injury risk.
