The plain-English rules for using the CrossFit Gratitude website and member portal. Effective July 13, 2026.
This website and member portal are operated by CrossFit Gratitude (“we,” “us”), located at 15020 Nation Rd, Kearney, MO 64060. Questions about these terms: dustin@crossfitgratitude.com.
The member portal lets members reserve classes, view workouts, log scores, earn badges, manage their membership, and communicate with the gym. It is a convenience tool — it is not medical advice, coaching advice, or a guarantee of results.
You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials private and for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it. Accounts are for the named member only.
CrossFit and functional fitness involve inherent physical risk. Before your first class you sign our Release and Waiver of Liability — you can sign it here in the member portal (typed initials and signature) or on paper at the gym; both are the same agreement and equally binding. You can ask us for a copy of what you signed at any time. Scores, badges, and leaderboards are for community motivation, not competition prizes.
The whiteboard, comments, reactions, and gym chat exist to encourage each other. Be a decent human: no harassment, hate, spam, or sharing other members’ personal information. We may remove content or suspend portal access for behavior that harms the community.
Payments are processed by Square. We don’t store your card or bank numbers on our systems — our payment processor handles that under their own terms and security standards. Membership pricing, billing cadence, and cancellation policy are set out in your membership agreement.
Push notifications (class alerts, cancellations, badges) are strictly opt-in through your device and can be turned off anytime in your browser or phone settings. We do not send marketing text messages.
Your workout scores and history are yours — you can export them anytime from your profile. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms as the portal evolves; the effective date above will change when we do, and meaningful changes will be announced in the portal. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
