    At CrossFit Gratitude, perseverance looks like showing up, even when it might be scary or hard to walk through the door. Perseverance looks like completing the workout despite the obstacles that are unique to each of us. Perseverance looks like showing up again and again even when it is easier to fall into old habits.
    The lessons on perseverance learned inside the gym give us the confidence to take on difficult tasks in all aspects of our lives.

    It was serendipitous that “gratitude” became the name of this gym. It’s funny how life often takes unexpected turns and twists that do not necessarily align with our perfectly laid out plans. As Dustin’s world shifted, so did his mindset. Through much soul searching and reflection, gratitude became the most important practice in his life. And BOOM… now we have a gym.

    Gratitude means being grateful for the people around you and the ways they can impact you and you can impact them. Gratitude should be a practice that we strive to make constant in our daily interactions and thoughts.

    Our hope at CrossFit Gratitude is that each member finds gratitude to be a central part of their life.

What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. The program works for everyone—people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years.
