β‘οΈ Pelvic Floor Education: Liz says, βJust because something is common doesnβt mean itβs normal.β She will tear down the walls of this uncomfortable and sometimes embarrassing topic and give tips on strengthening, best mobility practice and when itβs time to seek a provider.
