What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. The program works for everyone—people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years.

Why “CrossFit Gratitude”?
It was serendipitous that “gratitude” became the name of this gym. It’s funny how life often takes unexpected turns and twists that do not necessarily align with our perfectly laid out plans. As Dustin’s world shifted, so did his mindset. Through much soul searching and reflection, gratitude became the most important practice in his life. And BOOM… CrossFit Gratitude was born.
Gratitude means being grateful for the people around you and the ways they can impact you and you can impact them. Gratitude should be a practice that we strive to make constant in our daily interactions and thoughts.
Our hope at CrossFit Gratitude is that each member finds gratitude to be a central part of their life.
